Management of strategic planning and quality management is a structural sub-division of D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University and it is part of the strategy of development and monitoring department.
The main goal of Management’s activity is support of the implementation of the Strategic Development Program of the university, monitoring and control the implementation of strategy, programs and projects, allowing us to achieve competitive advantages.
Main directions of activity are
- management by activity on strategic planning of university with orientation on customer needs and carrying out timely changes in the university that allows to achieve competitive advantages;
- coordinating of the development and monitoring of the implementation of strategic development program university;
- monitoring of the effectiveness of the University's activity in order to identify problems that relate with the achievement of the strategic objectives of the university;
- monitoring of the structural divisions activity through the internal audits system;
- monitoring of customer satisfaction by the quality of provided services;
- actualization of the internal normative documentation, organization structure and management structure;
- implementation of corporate management.
MSPQM consist of two departments:
- quality management system department;
- department of management development programs and project.
