Education
С 1972 по 1977 год училась в Усть-Каменогорском строительно-дорожном институте и получила специальность архитектора.
В 1977 году окончила архитектурный факультет Усть-Каменогорского строительно-дорожного института и работала на кафедре «Архитектурное проектирование».
С 1988 по 1992 год обучалась в аспирантуре Московского архитектурного института. В 1992 году защитила диссертацию на соискание ученой степени кандидата архитектуры в Московском архитектурном институте.
В 1992 году была назначена начальником Управления архитектуры и градостроительства.
С 1994 по 2006 год по конкурсу избиралась на должность заведующей кафедрой архитектуры и дизайна.
В феврале 2003 года присвоено ученое звание профессора, доцента. - Присвоено ученое звание профессора ВКГТУ. 2006 - 2008 гг. - заведующая кафедрой архитектуры и строительства факультета архитектуры и дизайна. - С 2006 по 2008 гг. - декан архитектурно-строительного факультета ВКГТУ.
В 2011 году защитила диссертацию на соискание ученой степени доктора искусствоведения в ГОУ ВПО «Алтайский государственный университет». В 2011 году присуждена ученая степень доктора искусствоведения по специальности 17.00.04 «Изобразительное искусство, декоративно-прикладное искусство и архитектура».
 Seniority and experience
45 years of scientific and pedagogical activity.
Holds classes in architectural and design design, reads lecture courses "Modern Problems of Artistic Design", "Color Science", "Landscape Design" for undergraduate and graduate students of specialties "Architecture" and "Design". She is the supervisor of the diploma design and master's theses.
Conducts Master's theses, reads lecture courses: "Modern Design Technologies in Architecture and Design", "Style Formation in Contemporary Architecture", "Modern Problems of Architectural Science" - for Master's students of the specialty "Architecture". She is an eduizer for the specialties "Architecture" and "Design" of postgraduate education.
She has more than 120 scientific works and methodological developments, is the author of more than 30 architectural projects, is the scientific director of the research production laboratory "Creative technologies in architecture and design," conducts research, competitions, seminars on architecture and design in the laboratory Universal Hall of Interactive Design Regional Science and Technology Park "Altai". Scientific supervisor of the state budget theme of the department. Member of the Dissertation Council for thesis and doctoral dissertations D 212.005.09 on the specialty 17.00.04 Fine Arts, Decorative and Applied Arts and Architecture.

She is honorary member of the Council of the Interregional public organization to promote architectural education.
Awarded the Toleu Basenov Medal in the field of architectural education of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 2014.
