Kaizen strategy calls forinvolving every employee in the organization into the development of ideas, which are aimed at modernization of processes or procedures to improve their effectiveness and the quality of the output. 

The idea should contribute to:

  • Raising the effectiveness of a process or a procedure, improvement of the output quality;
  • Improving the value of services and output;
  • Technical modernization or rational use of technical facilities and resources;
  • Improvement of management at every level;
  • Improvement of work conditions and labor safety, introduction of effective methods;
  • Cost saving in services and production;
  • Objective information about the quality of processes and the output at each level.

Kaizen strategy has been successfully realized since 2006 . During this period 250 ideas have been suggested, 90 (36%)of them were considered useful and recommended for implementation. The authors of these ideas were rewarded.
