Functions of professional occupation:

- Management of the technical activities of the project organization.
- Providing equipment and technology for the development of design and estimate documentation: ensuring the quality and timely implementation of the developed design and estimate documentation; monitoring the compliance of the developed design and estimate documentation with the requirements of state standards.

- Formation and coordination of innovation policy, strategy, and organizational structure of innovation projects.

- Operational management of innovative projects, development, control of development and reporting on the results of the organization's innovation activities throughout the life cycle.
