Goal
- Teaching the theoretical foundations and practical skills of organizing entrepreneurial activities of enterprises in a competitive environment, as well as the legal foundations of entrepreneurship
Objective
- Awareness of the role of entrepreneurial activity in the development of the country's economy; mastering the methods and features of creating enterprises and their functioning; development of skills for effective management of material, financial and labor resources of enterprises; management of risks associated with entrepreneurship and increasing the competitiveness of the company, as well as the formation and improvement of a general idea of the system of legal knowledge in the field of business functioning at the present stage
Learning outcome: knowledge and understanding
- To be able to apply the acquired knowledge to build an effective system for creating a business, to solve problems with reason; demonstrate knowledge and understanding of entrepreneurship in enterprises. Know the mechanisms of functioning of enterprises of various organizational and legal forms; make effective decisions in the implementation of practical activities. Know and understand the essence and content of the main concepts and categories used in the process of legal regulation of business at the present stage
Learning outcome: applying knowledge and understanding
- To be able to effectively manage business processes from the creation to the liquidation of the enterprise. Competently operate with legal concepts and categories in the field of legal regulation of business. Analyze legal facts and legal relations arising in connection with them; analyze, interpret and correctly apply the legal norms of business legislation.
Learning outcome: formation of judgments
- To be able to collect and interpret theoretical information and business practices to develop judgments, taking into account social, economic, scientific and ethical considerations. When resolving specific legal issues, competently analyze and compare the norms of various legal acts, and resolve legal conflicts using the methods of legal thinking and judgment
Learning outcome: communicative abilities
- Communicate information, ideas, problems and solutions to business professionals and stakeholders. Be able to use the current legislation, which will allow you to make the right decisions from the choice of the legal form of the enterprise to the process of its liquidation. Understand the causes, conditions and trends of changes in the legal doctrine in the field of entrepreneurial activities and legal regulation of the business environment; participate in the development of legal acts in accordance with the profile of their professional activities.

- Have the skills necessary to organize entrepreneurship and continue education with a higher degree of self-reliance.

Assessment of the student's knowledge
Teacher oversees various tasks related to ongoing assessment and determines students' current performance twice during each academic period. Ratings 1 and 2 are formulated based on the outcomes of this ongoing assessment. The student's learning achievements are assessed using a 100-point scale, and the final grades P1 and P2 are calculated as the average of their ongoing performance evaluations. The teacher evaluates the student's work throughout the academic period in alignment with the assignment submission schedule for the discipline. The assessment system may incorporate a mix of written and oral, group and individual formats.

The student's final grade in the course is calculated on a 100 point grading scale, it includes:
- 40% of the examination result;
- 60% of current control result.
The final grade is calculated by the formula:
