About the course
Microcircuitry is a section of microelectronics that covers the development and research of structural and electrical circuits used in integrated circuits, as well as in electronic equipment based on them.
The objective of the microcircuit engineering course is to develop and design new types of microcircuits.
Knowledge of calculations of electronic elements and automation and control devices based on semiconductor diodes, thyristors, bipolar and field-effect transistors is necessary in the professional activities of engineers.
