Main scientific results |
1. For the first time, technological modes of deposition of ceramic (Al2O3) gradient coatings have been determined, in which the change in properties over thickness is carried out by changing the phase composition of aluminum oxide, which made it possible to ensure high wear resistance and good durable properties of the coatings. The developed methods make it possible to obtain gradient structures in single-column installations by changing the delay time between shots. 2. Technological modes of deposition of gradient coatings from Al2O3 are determined, in which the change in the properties along the thickness is carried out by additional processing of the obtained coatings with a detonation effect and an air-plasma effect. The developed methods make it possible to obtain gradient structures in similar installations and without changing the technological regime during spraying. 3. A technology has been developed for obtaining tightly connected gradient coatings, inseparable by the interdental surface, by mixing NiCr powder with Al2O3 oxide powder in various ratios. |
