Main scientific results

1. A study of the depth dependence of the microhardness of tantalum coatings was carried out for different spraying modes. Dependences of the influence of the regime on the distribution of microhardness values (profiles) are established.

2. Experiments on microplasma spraying of coatings made of zirconium and tantalum have been carried out, and the structure of coatings has been studied by SEM methods. The porosity of the coatings was determined from SEM images (in ImageJ). It has been established which spraying parameters affect the porosity.
