1. The mathematical model describing the elementary scheme of reliability of fastening of a rod of the hydraulic cylinder of the mechanism of rotation of the loading and delivery car is developed. 2. He analysis of the causes of failures of the hinge assembly of the hydraulic cylinder rod attachment of the rotation mechanism of the loading and delivery machine with a articulated frame is carried out. complex nature of the wear of the hinge assembly is established: violation of the lubrication modes and contamination of the lubricant, plastic deformation (crumpling) of the working surface in the upper eye, the appearance of local wear (ovalization) of the socket of the upper eye. The vibrational nature of the axial movement of the hinge pin in the upper eye, which leads to self-disassembly of the hinge assembly, is revealed. 3. The design of the device that prevents contamination of the lubricant of the hinge assembly, as well as ensuring its controllability, has been developed. An application has been filed for patenting the developed device. 4. A method has been developed for maintaining the operability of the hinge assembly of an underground quarry loader by using wireless Wi-Fi technologies and integrating it into the general system of planned preventive technical impacts of the Maintenance 4.0 level. |
