Purpose of the work. Creating a mathematical model for producing hydrogen-rich synthesis gas from high-ash coals and developing a design scheme for an allothermic regime gasifier. Task of the work. Creation of a mathematical model for the production of hydrogen-enriched synthesis gas from high-ash coals and the development of a structural scheme for an allothermal gasifier. The object of research. The object of the study is an experimental sample of an allothermic regime gasifier and experiments to obtain hydrogen-enriched gas synthesis using a catalyst of iron particles that will be generated from industrial waste. Research subject. The subject of the research is the study of the characteristics of Ekibastuz coal. Taking into account all the components that are present in the coal, it is the potential for their extraction and gasification of high-ash coal in allothermic mode. Methods of research.
