Members of the ASSOCIATION

Members of the ASSOCIATION may be individuals-graduates of SDI, EKTU, D. Serikbayev EKTU who have made an entrance fee and comply with the provisions of this Charter.

Members of the ASSOCIATION have the right to:

• participate in the management of the ASSOCIATION;
• get information about the activities, plans and programs of the ASSOCIATION;
• request information from the management bodies of the ASSOCIATION on the status of implementation of the decisions of the General Meeting of the ASSOCIATION;
• submit proposals to the agenda at the General Meetings of the ASSOCIATION members;
• contact governing bodies of the ASSOCIATION on any issues related to its activities;
• receive advisory, methodological and other assistance from the ASSOCIATION;
• use the priority right to maintain the information base of the ASSOCIATION, the priority right to participate in the events held by the ASSOCIATION;
• have benefits and services defined for the members of the ASSOCIATION by the General Meeting;
• transfer the property to the ownership of the ASSOCIATION;
• If happens liquidation, have right to get a part of its property remaining after settlements with creditors in the amount of its property contribution.

Members of the ASSOCIATION must:

• comply with the provisions of the Charter;
• participate in the activities of the ASSOCIATION;
• make timely annual contributions, the amount of which is determined by the General Meeting of the ASSOCIATION's members.
