Directions of the OP:
- BIM-technologies in design
In the process of mastering the program, students acquire knowledge and skills:
- Use information modeling software in their work;
- Use intelligent 3D models at different stages of the life cycle of a building;
- Manage design and construction processes with information modeling technology;
- Plan, design, construct and operate buildings and infrastructure using information modeling technology.
Occupational Scope:
- Design and construction of industrial and residential buildings;
- Calculation of building structures and practical application of computer programs for graphic design;
- Technical support for construction and project experience;
- Monitoring, evaluation and reconstruction of buildings and structures.
Software:
- Autodesk Revit;
- SCAD Office;
- Tekla Structural;
- Autodesk AutoCAD.
The increase of the competitiveness of graduates of building specialties is connected with the introduction of new information technologies into the educational process.- architecture, building structures, engineering networks, technology of building production.
This makes it possible to solve a set of problems of construction, reconstruction of buildings and structures on the basis of existing certificates and licenses.
Fields of research:
- new design technologies;
- mastering of new software products and their improvement;
- Design of new objects with modern lightweight building materials;
- survey, assessment of seismic safety and reliability of buildings of the existing buildings using BIM-technologies;
- design of reconstruction and seismic reinforcement of buildings of existing buildings;
- Design of refurbishment, redevelopment of premises in existing buildings;
- assessment of industrial safety of buildings and structures.
Partner Universities:
- Saint-Petersburg University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (Saint-Petersburg, Russia);
- Samara Technical University (Samara, Russia).
Graduates can develop BIM-models and BIM-libraries of building products and constructions; perform control at the construction site, search for errors and inconsistencies of design and actual solutions.
