Educational, extracurricular work is carried out according to the plan of educational work:

In October, an expanded meeting with representatives of the Rector's Office, the Department of Internationalization and International Cooperation, and the Department for Social and Civic Development will address the following issues::

• Introduction to D. Serikbayev EKTU;
• About familiarization of foreign citizens with the rules of stay, registration and registration in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• Familiarization of students with the Rules of the internal regulations of the VKTU, the Charter of the university, the Rules of living in the hostel;
• About the organization of the educational process.

For "Foundation" listeners” D. Serikbayev VKTU compiles and distributes brochures, a reference guide. It reflects the main provisions of the organization of the educational process on credit technology of training, information about the university and its structural divisions, general requirements for students, their rights and obligations, the main provisions of the system for monitoring and evaluating students ' knowledge.
