In the context of modernization of the public finance management system, the training of specialists with full knowledge in the field of public finance is of particular relevance. Such a specialist should be well-versed in the issues of state policy in the field of taxes and public expenditures, understand the economic mechanism of interaction between fiscal policy and government policy in the field of macroeconomic stabilization, be able to distribute the financial resources of the state in the interests of all segments of the population in order to form a single social space, as well as be competent in tax regulation to ensure effective allocation of economic resources and sustainable economic growth of the state

The field of professional activity

• is financial and economic planning in the sector of state and regional management and organization of budget execution of the budgetary system of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• organization and implementation of the activities of financial, planning, economic and tax services of enterprises and organizations, financial and economic services of public authorities and local self-government;
• drafting budgets and conducting calculations with the budgets of the budgetary system of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• control over the execution of transactions with funds of budgets of various levels;
• ensuring timely and full fulfillment of obligations to pay taxes, fees and other mandatory payments to the budgets of the budgetary system of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• implementation of professional application of legislation and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating financial activities
