In 2015, the student club "Altyn Besik - Muztau" was established in EKTU to educate the personality of a patriot and a citizen who knows and loves his multinational land, material and spiritual culture, unique nature and history of East Kazakhstan.
The club has the following goals:
- education of a patriot and citizen who knows and loves their multi-ethnic region, material and spiritual culture, unique nature and history of Altai and wants to take an active part in its development;
- training of a qualified specialist who is able to adapt to the conditions and peculiarities of industrial development and socio-cultural situation of Altai for full-fledged and successful employment of graduates of D. Serikbayev EKSTU as one of the strategic goals of the University.
Club members:
Students of any course and faculty of D. Serikbayev EKTU can become members of the club. We also welcome the participation of free students who are not directly involved in the work of the club, but are interested in the issues discussed. The entrance to the club meetings is free.
Head of club: Urustyumova Aizat Ishimbayevna, lecturer of the Sub-Department "History of Kazakhstan and social-political disciplines". The club provides a unique opportunity, along with the formation of a highly qualified specialist, to raise a harmoniously developed personality with an active civic position – a patriot of the Motherland. At present, the club brings together 28 students.
The club will promote ethnic, cultural and religious tolerance of the people of East Kazakhstan.
The growth of civic and patriotic consciousness among young people is expected, as well as active participation in scientific and practical conferences, competitions of student research papers and other events.
