The student scientific and educational circle "Ecotransport" operates at the International School of Engineering of the D.Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University.
Research areas within the Ecotransport circle:
- Efficiency of electric vehicles: Analysis of the efficiency of electric vehicles in comparison with cars with internal combustion engines: study of energy savings, comparison of maintenance and operation costs, as well as comparison of the ecological footprint.
- Infrastructure for electric vehicles: Research on the condition and development of infrastructure for electric vehicles, such as charging stations, analysis of the availability of charging stations, their distribution and efficiency.
- Electric vehicle technologies: The study of modern technologies in the field of electric vehicles, such as batteries, energy management systems and autopilot, analysis of trends in the development of electric vehicles and forecasting future innovations.
- Environmental aspects: A study of the environmental benefits of using electric vehicles compared to traditional cars based on an analysis of emissions and resource consumption.
- Social and economic aspects: Analysis of the impact of electric vehicles on society and the economy, including their impact on employment, transport security and public finances.
Members of the Ecotransport circle conduct both theoretical research and practical projects, such as the development of new technologies, pilot testing of new models of electric vehicles.
