Purpose of the educational program: Training of highly qualified, in-demand specialists in the field of physics, condensed matter physics, nanotechnology and additive technologies adapted to the conditions of a market economy, able to analyze, know and perform the entire range of production tasks through a combination of research, design, and entrepreneurial activities.

Currently, 7 PhD doctors of science in special disciplines of the educational program. The teaching staff, together with doctoral learners, are actively engaged in research activities. The results of scientific research of doctoral students are regularly published in publications of national and international importance. Doctoral students take an active part in scientific competitions, in National and International scientific conferences of young scientists and students. After completing and defending his doctoral dissertation, a doctoral student is awarded a PhD degree in the educational program 8D05302 – "Technical Physics".
