Department of Strategy and Quality Assurance

The Department of Strategy and Quality Assurance (DSQA) is a structural subdivision of D. Serikbayev EKTU.

The main goal of the management is to create an attractive image of the university, allowing it to achieve competitive advantages.

The main activities of DDSQA are:

  • participation in the development and adjustment of the strategic development program;
  • coordination of risk management system of the university functioning, the internal quality assurance system (IQAS) of the university;
  • conducting internal audits of the ISM (QMS, ABMS, IQAS), work coordination on the passage of ISM external audits;
  • coordination of the functioning of the quality management system (QMS);
  • preparation and holding of the ISM Coordination Council;
  • continuous improvement of the QMS, QMS;
  • coordination of work on institutional and specialized accreditation;
  • coordination of the university's participation in the world and national rankings, implementation of the university in rating project;
  • customer satisfaction monitoring with the quality of services provided (questionnaire);
  • conducting risk assessments and management at the university;
  • improvement of the regulatory and organizational base of the university and management structure;
