The “Graduate” Centre is an internal structural subdivision of D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University and was created to solve the following tasks:

• Information support of doctoral students’ scientific activities.
• Legal and documented support of doctoral students’ scientific activities.
• Monitoring the implementation of doctoral students’ individual plans.
• Coordination, together with a scientific consultant, of the timely writing of doctoral dissertations and publication of their results.
• Monitoring the implementation of the scientific internships plan of doctoral students.
• Conducting quarterly scientific seminars with doctoral students.
• Monitoring the implementation of the plan of defense of doctoral dissertations.
• Development of documents on the opening of postdoctoral studies.
• Control over the activities of dissertation councils at NJSC “D.Serikbayev EKTU”.
