The aim of the educational program

Training of highly qualified specialists in the field of construction to meet the demands of the labor market. Formation of competencies that allow the graduate to work successfully in the chosen field of activity and be stable in the labor market.

Graduate model
Graduate qualification Professional sphere:

- engineering surveys, design, construction, operation, monitoring, evaluation and reconstruction of buildings and structures;
- engineering support and equipment of construction sites and urban areas;
- the use of machines, equipment and technologies for the construction and production of building materials, products and structures.
The object of professional occupation:

- industrial, civil buildings and structures;
- building materials, products and structures;
- systems of heat and gas supply, water supply and sanitation of industrial, civil buildings;
- machines, equipment, technological complexes and automation systems used in the construction and production of building materials, products and structures;
- real estate objects, land plots, urban areas, objects of transport infrastructure.

Functions of professional occupation:

- collection and systematisation of information and input data for the design of buildings, structures, complexes, engineering systems and equipment, participation in the performance of engineering surveys for the construction and reconstruction of buildings, structures;
- calculation substantiation of elements of building structures of buildings, constructions and complexes, design of parts and units using universal and specialised software-computer complexes and automated design systems;
- organisation of workplaces, their technical equipment, placement of technological equipment;
- organizing the work of small teams of performers, planning staff work and payroll; drawing up technical documentation (work schedules, instructions, plans, estimates, requests for materials, equipment);
- participate in conducting experiments according to specified methods, compiling descriptions of the research carried out and systematising the results;
- installation, adjustment, testing and commissioning of structures, engineering systems and equipment of construction projects, organization of preventive inspections and routine maintenance;
- planning of personnel work and remuneration funds; preparation of technical documentation (work schedules, instructions, plans, estimates, requests for materials, equipment), as well as the established reporting on the approved forms.

Master the new equipment being introduced, check the technical condition and residual life of equipment and structures.
Analyze existing technical documentation and develop it yourself.

8. Knowledge of the regulatory framework in the field of engineering surveys, principles of designing buildings, structures, engineering systems and equipment. Possess design methods and the ability to determine the main tasks of designing engineering systems of buildings and structures .
Readiness to use the technique of documenting technological solutions at the design stage and the stage of project implementation .
Apply standard methods for calculating the elements and units of building structures, perform design work and draw up documentation according to standards.
9. Ability to conduct experiments on given methods with processing and analysis of the results . Apply standard test methods to determine the physical and mechanical properties and technological parameters of the materials and products used .
