Goal
- To form in students a comprehensive understanding of integrity, honesty, integrity, as well as sustainable anti-corruption behavior and a system of modern knowledge on combating corruption; study the main directions of anti-corruption policy and anti-corruption education for the purpose of moral, intellectual, cultural development and the formation of an active civil position of rejection of corruption by a person
Objective
- It involves a continuous process of education and training, carried out for the purposes of moral, intellectual, cultural development and the formation of an active civil position of rejection of corruption by a person. Provide comprehensive knowledge - about the essence and factors of corruption, its various manifestations; - develop a legal culture of the individual, contributing to the fight against corruption; - equip with knowledge, skills and abilities to combat corruption; - to develop skills, the ability to critically analyze corruption phenomena
Learning outcome: knowledge and understanding
- Know and understand the essence and content of the main concepts and categories used in the process of forming such qualities as integrity, honesty at the present stage, as well as in the formation of an anti-corruption culture of the individual

- Competently operate with concepts and categories in the field of anti-corruption culture and anti-corruption policy at the present stage; analyze the facts and the relations arising in connection with them; apply foreign experience in the formation of the institution of anti-corruption culture

- When resolving specific issues, competently analyze corruption risks, competently reason from the position of an anti-corruption culture and on the basis of the principles of an anti-corruption policy

- Understand the reasons, conditions and trends for changing the doctrine in the field of anti-corruption policy at the present stage, carry out professional activities based on a developed legal awareness, legal thinking and anti-corruption culture

- This discipline is aimed at obtaining the basic basic skills necessary in the field of professional activity, the development of self-employment, the protection of one's rights and legitimate interests, based on the principles of preserving and strengthening the value system in society, reflecting intolerance to corruption

Assessment of the student's knowledge
Teacher oversees various tasks related to ongoing assessment and determines students' current performance twice during each academic period. Ratings 1 and 2 are formulated based on the outcomes of this ongoing assessment. The student's learning achievements are assessed using a 100-point scale, and the final grades P1 and P2 are calculated as the average of their ongoing performance evaluations. The teacher evaluates the student's work throughout the academic period in alignment with the assignment submission schedule for the discipline. The assessment system may incorporate a mix of written and oral, group and individual formats.

The student's final grade in the course is calculated on a 100 point grading scale, it includes:
- 40% of the examination result;
- 60% of current control result.
The final grade is calculated by the formula:
