Goal
- Familiarization with various types of transport, peculiarities of transportation of consumer goods and industrial goods by road, rail, water and air transport; formation of the basics of the transport worldview among students.
Objective
- Familiarity with the distinctive features of transport and its role in the country's economy; study of the main technical and operational and technical and economic indicators of various modes of transport; study of the basic principles of the formation of tariffs for various modes of transport for the transportation of goods and passengers; familiarization with the methods of cargo transfer in mixed communication; formation of general ideas about the work of transport points and nodes and about their role in the transport system of the state

- Formation of students' knowledge about the laws of the formation of the transport complex, taking into account the general transport issues and the characteristics of individual modes of transport
