Description: The process of acquiring goods by the state in the person of customers into state ownership and obtaining works and services necessary for the state at the expense of the republican and local budgets on the basis of public procurement contracts is being studied. Stages of the process: formation of the nomenclature and volumes of purchased goods, works and services based on indicators approved by the republican and local budgets; selection of a supplier, conclusion of a public procurement contract with him and purchase of goods, works and services from him for the corresponding financial year; execution of public procurement contracts.
