Bases of BIM technology in design
Description: The discipline forms a general concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM). The practical use of graphical BIM programs of the Revit Structural interface is being studied, including the development of a typical floor based on a substrate (template), building modeling, view management, working with tables and drawing up specifications. The Revit Structural family, the development of new families and their joint work are considered.

Goal
- Формирование навыков и умений, основанных на анализе фундаментальных и прикладных проблем применения информационного моделирования (BIM) в строительстве, сбор и систематизация информационных данных для комплексного проектирования.
Objective
- изучение методов создания информационной модели (BIM) и использования ее для создания проектной документации; изучения компьютерных программных комплексов для создания информационной модели и использования ее в проектировании.

Teaching methods
The following educational technologies are foreseen: - interactive lecture (application of the following active forms of training: guided (guided) discussion or conversation; moderation; slide show or training films; brainstorming; motivational speech); - building scenarios for the development of various situations based on given conditions; - information and communication (for example, classes in a computer class using professional application software packages); - search and research (independent research activities of students in the learning process); - solving educational problems.
