Essentials of Project Activities

Description: The discipline covers the fundamental principles and methods of project management. Students will study the stages of the project life cycle, planning, organization, control and completion of projects. Special attention is paid to the management of resources, deadlines, budget and quality, as well as the basics of risk management and effective teamwork. The discipline forms the basic skills and knowledge for the successful implementation of projects in various fields.

• Formation of students' professional competencies related to the conduct of project activities in enterprises in a dynamic and volatile environment.
