Description: The scope of the course is aimed at the transition of the Kazakh language from the recommended level (A1) for ordinary foreign students, to the basic level (A2) for Kazakhstani students. Mastering topics that cover the basic needs of a language learner, starting with the phonetics of the Kazakh language. In addition to mastering the skills of writing, reading, speaking, listening, grammatical topics are developed by practicing exercises from simple to complex, and communication skills are formed.

Abstract

Final assessment method Written exam: 1st block - closed test questions (10 min); 2nd block - open test questions (35 min); 3rd block - lexical and grammatical work with text (55 min). Duration of the exam is 1 hour 40 minutes. The examination material consists of 40% theoretical material and 60% practical material. Goal
  • The purpose of the program aimed at the transition of the Kazakh language from the recommended level (A1) for ordinary foreign students, to the basic level (A2) of Kazakh students: to form the competence of the future specialist in all types of speech activity in accordance with the 1st qualification level, to use the Kazakh language as a means of communication in the scientific, socio-cultural, political spheres of public life.
Objective
  • 1) development and further improvement of the student's language skills in the Kazakh language; 2) disclosure of the variety of stylistic possibilities of the Kazakh language in various functional styles, ways of effective communication in various communicative situations; 3) giving a general idea of the norms of the Kazakh language at the level of morphology, syntax, word use, highlighting the originality of the modern speech situation; 4) expand the active vocabulary of students and increase the activity of Use, show the richness of Kazakh vocabulary, phraseology, familiarize themselves with various dictionaries and reference books reflecting the interaction of language and culture; 5) develop the ability to recognize, analyze, compare, classify linguistic phenomena and facts, taking into account their various interpretations; comment on linguistic phenomena if necessary; evaluate linguistic phenomena and facts from the point of view of normativeness, compliance with the sphere and state of communication; 6) training in the application of acquired knowledge and skills in their speech practice, including in the field of professionally oriented communication; improving the normative and expedient use of language in various areas and situations of communication.

Teaching methods

When conducting training sessions, it is envisaged to use the following educational technologies - 1. in conducting training sessions, the use of the following educational technologies is provided: problem learning: organization of independent active activities of students at their permission and creation of problem conditions, as a result of which thinking develops, knowledge acquisition, habituation, flexibility is creatively passed; 2. research methods: independent acquisition of knowledge through the search for solutions to the problems of technology of Game methods (role-playing, Business and other types of learning games): during the development of cognitive activity in practical activities, the formation of authoritative flexibility and skills, mobile phones should be in silent mode.

Assessment of the student's knowledge

Teacher oversees various tasks related to ongoing assessment and determines students' current performance twice during each academic period. Ratings 1 and 2 are formulated based on the outcomes of this ongoing assessment. The student's learning achievements are assessed using a 100-point scale, and the final grades P1 and P2 are calculated as the average of their ongoing performance evaluations. The teacher evaluates the student's work throughout the academic period in alignment with the assignment submission schedule for the discipline. The assessment system may incorporate a mix of written and oral, group and individual formats.

The teacher conducts all types of current control and twice issues an appropriate assessment of the current academic performance of students during the academic period (semester, trimester, quarter). The student's final grade in the course is calculated on a 100 point grading scale, it includes:
