Technological equipment for maintenance and repair of cars
Description: The discipline studies technological equipment for vehicle maintenance and repair. There are considered standard technologies for performing maintenance and repair operations, used the specialized equipment and accessories. There are presented an analysis of the principles of operation of the equipment and their design features, a methodology for designing the main drive units and strength calculations of critical elements. Students acquire the skills to use technological equipment for its intended purpose and maintain it in good condition

Goal
- The purpose of teaching this discipline is to study the designs of equipment for the diagnosis and maintenance of transport vehicles, trends in their further development and improvement, as well as the acquisition of skills in their design and mastering the rules of operation.
Objective
- The discipline provides for the acquisition of knowledge and skills in the following main areas: - analysis of the level of design perfection and selection of specialized equipment for enterprises engaged in the technical maintenance of transport equipment; - analysis of design features of technological equipment; - - development of the general layout and general scheme of non-standard technological equipment; - - design development of mechanical, hydraulic and other drives and working bodies of technological equipment; - - performing calculations of the main operating parameters of specialized equipment; - preparation of operational documentation; - determination of the need for technological equipment; - determination of indicators of mechanization of technological processes; - organization of maintenance of technological equipment.
