Spatial planning and land law
Description: The course is aimed at studying the basics of spatial planning and land law to develop competencies in the effective use and protection of land resources, as well as understanding the legal aspects related to land use and territorial planning. Students will become familiar with the methods and tools of spatial analysis, the stages of developing and implementing territorial development plans, and the impact of spatial planning on sustainable territorial development. An important part of the course is the study of the legal foundations of land relations regulation, including the legal regimes of lands of various categories, the rights and obligations of land users, and the procedures for registering land plots and land rights.
