IT Project Management
Description: This course focuses on the study and application of principles, methods and tools for successful planning, implementation and completion of IT projects. The course will cover the planning, technology management, execution, control and documentation of IT projects. The course will enable students to learn the principles, methods and tools of management, as well as acquire the skills to apply proper project management techniques. Studying methods of risk analysis and change management allows to make more informed decisions within the project. The discipline also contributes to the development of effective communication and collaboration skills within the project team. The discipline is a valuable tool for gaining knowledge and skills for successful planning, implementation and completion of IT projects, as well as for increasing one's competitiveness on the labor market.
