Description: The discipline deepens the study of issues related to energy sources and energy, including: physical and chemical principles for obtaining various types of energy, incl. based on renewable energy sources, optimization of technological processes and schemes for the production of heat and electricity, transportation and consumption of energy, increasing energy efficiency and environmental friendliness.

  • The aim is to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of different energy resources, their classification and methods of utilisation, as well as an understanding of the role of these resources in the modern world and their impact on sustainable development
