Goal
- The purpose of mastering the discipline is to develop students' knowledge and skills in the field of the regulatory framework and technology of construction production, as well as the technology of production processes in the construction of engineering protection facilities.
Objective
- - to study theoretical and practical issues in the field of special structures on highways; - develop a systematic understanding of scientific approaches to special structures on highways; - to form a system of concepts and ideas among students in the field of special structures on highways; - to master the methods and technologies of designing and building special structures on highways.

- - formation of knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the design of engineering protection facilities; - formation of knowledge of the basic construction processes and skills of rational choice of technical means.

Teaching methods
For teaching, traditional technologies are provided: classroom classes and independent work of undergraduates. The lecture course is presented in a multimedia form. When presenting lecture material at the beginning and at the end of the lecture, motivational speech is used. Text, audio and video information, graphs, tables, etc. are used in the lecture-presentation and practical exercises.
