Description: The discipline studies the interaction of government agencies and the private sector of the economy through the prism of legal regulation. The course examines the role of the state in the formation and observance of business law, including tax legislation, antitrust regulation, intellectual property protection and legal support for entrepreneurial activity. Special attention is paid to the analysis of normative legal acts regulating the business climate and investment attractiveness, the study of various legal models of interaction between the state and business, as well as examples of legislative support and regulation of entrepreneurship. The discipline prepares students to understand the legal aspects and dynamics of the relationship between government and business interests in modern society.
