Description: As a result of studying the discipline, students will gain knowledge about the main types of thermal power plants (TPP), its main and auxiliary equipment, their purpose, location conditions and parameters, schematic diagrams of power plants and methods of their calculation, technological schemes of thermal power plants, as well as heat losses in the working process of thermal power plants.
