Description: To familiarize students with the main directions of development in seismology and technospheric safety, methods of constructing earthquake-resistant buildings and structures, and the importance of maintaining up-to-date technospheric safety measures. To apply engineering and technical knowledge of fundamental sciences in the assessment, planning, and development of measures for the prevention and elimination of earthquake consequences.
