Description: The course covers cognitive biases, such as the anchoring effect and confirmation bias, as well as their impact on decision-making. Behavioral models of employee motivation and engagement are studied. Practical examples of applying behavioral insights to improve organizational effectiveness are explored. Doctoral students learn to conduct experiments and analyze their results to optimize management processes
