Description: Familiarization of students with the structure and stages of the educational process, types and forms of classes, practices, organization of intermediate and final control. Information about special welding and soldering methods is disclosed: explosion, diffusion, thermite, etc. The basic concepts and provisions of the course are studied in order to broaden the horizons in the field of welding and knowledge of modern welding technologies used in some areas of technology to produce welded and soldered joints from non-ferrous metals and special alloys.

Goal
  • The study of this discipline is to familiarize students with special welding and soldering technologies of metals, materials and equipment used.
Objective
  • The objectives of the discipline are as follows: - - to give students an idea of special welding and soldering methods, their application in various branches of technology; - to introduce practically some welding and soldering technologies.
Learning outcome: knowledge and understanding
  • As a result of the study, students should - have an understanding of special pressure and melting welding methods, soldering methods and methods, equipment and materials used; - to know the technological essence of welding and soldering methods, parameters of welding and soldering modes.
Learning outcome: applying knowledge and understanding
  • As a result of the study, students should: - be able to choose the optimal welding and soldering technologies for joining specific materials and at different thicknesses; - acquire practical skills in performing some welding and soldering techniques.

  • As a result of the study, students must: - master the methods of analyzing technical solutions; - be able to choose the optimal welding and soldering technologies for joining any materials of different thicknesses; - to defend the proposed solutions.

  • As a result of the study, students should: - be able to find common technical solutions together with colleagues; - to know the technological essence of modern welding and soldering methods, parameters of welding and soldering modes.
