Description: The discipline provides for the study of legislative documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan on road safety and other regulatory legal acts on road safety issues. The role and place of the administrative police in the state system of ensuring BDD. Rights and obligations of road users. Organization of the work of the administrative police and its competence. Monitoring of the condition and arrangement of the road network. The activities of the administrative police to ensure environmental safety.

Goal

• Familiarization of students with the main elements and problems related to traffic safety in road transport, the study of the role of the administrative police in the state system of traffic police.

Objective

• The objectives of studying the discipline are: - preservation of life, health and property of road users, protection of their legitimate rights and interests, as well as the interests of society and the state; - ensuring uninterrupted and safe vehicle traffic; - prevention and suppression of crimes and administrative offenses in the field of traffic.

• Mastering theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of traffic safety at the state level.
