Goal
- Preparation for solving production tasks based on knowledge of methods of investigation and examination of accidents so that, based on the use of acquired knowledge and skills, the student could competently solve organizational, scientific and technical problems in the organization of transportation services and the safety of the transport process.
Objective
- Formation of a system of knowledge about the organizational aspects of conducting an accident examination aimed at ensuring traffic safety on highways and in cities.
Learning outcome: knowledge and understanding
- To know the main causes of an accident, the general principles of the investigation of an accident, the specifics of the investigation of specific accidents, the basics of the examination of an accident.

- Conduct an inspection of the accident site, perform an expert study of the accident, including calculations of the movement of participants in the accident, investigate the technical possibility of preventing an accident, perform an examination and evaluation of vehicles.
