Goal
  • Acquisition by future specialists of the geological profile of knowledge on the issues of integrated study and rational subsoil use within the framework of the legislation in force in the Republic of Kazakhstan
Objective
  • - knowledge of the provisions of the Constitution, laws and government regulations governing subsurface use operations, environmental protection and subsoil; - formation of knowledge about the structure and content of legal relations in the field of subsoil use, the legislative array regulating relations related to the use of subsoil, applicable norms of international treaties and agreements.
