From 1984 to 1987 he studied at the graduate school of the NIIZhB Gosstroy of the USSR (Moscow) and in 1987 he defended his thesis for the degree of candidate of technical sciences on the topic "Evaluation of the long-term strength and deformability of various types of concrete, taking into account nonlinear creep and damage accumulation." In 1995 awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in the specialty "Construction" (Certificate of DC No. 0001602 dated 06.10.1995). In 1999 was awarded the academic title of Professor of VKTU named after V.I. D. Serikbaev (decision of the Academic Council dated 06/30/1999, certificate No. 025).

Total experience - 42 years. Work experience at the university - 39 years. During the period of work in the UK SDI-VKTU-EKGTU named after D. Serikbaev from 08/01/1980, he went from assistant to professor, working incl. in the position of head of the department "Building structures, bases and foundations" (1995-1996), "Construction and operation of buildings and structures" (2003 - 2005), dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering (2000 - 2001). Since 1997, I have been managing the BOSKOR research and production laboratory, which assesses the technical condition, seismic safety of buildings and structures and develops composite structural building materials using man-made waste. From 2011 - 2017 taught in the advanced training sector of the VKF of KazNIISA JSC. From 2017 - 2020 - Technologist of NPO Innotech LLP.

From 1982 to 1984 he completed a scientific internship at the Central Laboratory of the Theory of Reinforced Concrete of the Research Institute of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete of the State Construction Committee of the USSR (Moscow). Since 1996, I have been participating in the work of the Society of Reinforced Concrete Workers of Siberia and the Urals (Novosibirsk).
