He has higher education. In 1981, he graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics; from 1985-1988 he studied postgraduate studies there; in 2001, he defended the thesis for the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences; in 2014 took his Ph.D. degree. His research topic is "The problem of occurrence in natural subgroups of constructive groups".
His total work experience is 46 years, scientific and pedagogical - 41 years; his work experience in EKSTU and EKTU is 21 years. For 20 years he worked at the Ust-Kamenogorsk Pedagogical Institute and EKSU. His combine-jobs: 18 years of experience in the City's and East-Kazakhstan Regional School for Children talented in Mathematics, Physics, and Informatics; For 6 years he was a leading researcher at the Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics at еру Al-Farabi KazNU. Since the end of 2017, he has been a reviewer at the Mathematical Reviews of the American Mathematical Society.
