Development and implementation of a joint Master's (Double Degree) program in Mechanical Engineering with Altai State Technical University named after I.I.Polzunov. Participation in the Knowledge management network in logistics project. The aim of the project is to promote the creation of structured partnerships between universities and enterprises in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan to improve the quality of transdisciplinary learning and adapt education and research to the real needs of society.

Member of the UMS in the specialties 5B090100 "Organization of transportation, traffic and operation of transport" and 5B090900 "Logistics". Participated in the development of the "State mandatory education Standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan". He was the project manager for the reorganization of the passenger transport route network in the cities of Ridder, Ust-Kamenogorsk, and Semey. Participated in the work of the regional Akimat's competition commission on intra-regional and urban passenger transport routes.Main areas of work: organization of work of freight and passenger motor transport, management of transport and warehouse systems using logistic approaches.
