1981-1986 years - post-graduate studies of Moscow Institute of Management named after S. Ordzhonikidze (now the State University of Management, Moscow), defense of Ph.D. thesis (08.00.23-economics, planning and organization of management of transport and communications).

Since 1979, he has been working at UCSDI (now the D.Serikbayev EKSTU) as an assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor, professor, and deputy director of the institute. From 2003 to September 2015, she was the Head of the Department of Finance, Accounting and Taxation at EKSTU. Since 2015, he has been a professor at the Department of Finance, Accounting and Taxation. He is currently an associate professor at the Business School.
