Objective: to create a favorable environment for the comprehensive development of the members of the EKTU.Otbasy. The implementation of a "human-centered" corporate culture: a balance of emotional, intellectual, physical and creative states; programs to support and promote mass sports and health, the formation of a comfortable environment, the promotion of a culture of conscious (eco-friendly) consumption
Tasks:
- Replicating the practices of Well-Being in the University community and society (5 elements of well – being- physical, emotional, professional, financial and social) and the transition to the level of Well-being 3.0
- Create an ergonomic work environment and stream practices of transformation of the spaces of the University under the new learning technologies, the modern needs of young people and meets the concept of "green campus".
- Introduction of the practice of conscious consumption and education of a thrifty attitude to natural resources
- Formation of new corporate traditions of the university
The project includes:
- development of the student sports club "Winners" as a sports club open to the community of the city.
- creation of a university portal of student sports with a management system for student fitness centers and sports sections, a calendar of competitions and events at the university, the region and in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
