On April 12, 2017, the head of state offered the Kazakhstanis an extensive program to modernize consciousness. To date, the "National Translation Bureau", which has become the operator of the special project "New Humanitarian Knowledge. 100 new textbooks in the Kazakh language ”, university textbooks were translated in such humanitarian disciplines as philosophy, sociology, psychology, economics, management, entrepreneurship, religious studies, linguistics, cultural studies, anthropology and journalism.

The university library received another 30 items in the amount of 2,910 copies of 97 copies of each item (previously 19 books in the amount of 3,738 copies were received) that everyone can use.

The library of the University received 17 titles of books in the amount of 3,738 copies, which anyone can use.
