On the 25th of May in D.Serikbayev EKSTU was held a charity event "Not by word, but by deed" with the participation of members of the Higher Youth Parliament.

Charity action "Not by word, but by deed" is a new action in the framework of the continuation of the university‘s philanthropy traditions, which is held on the International Day of Protection of Children eve to help disabled children.

The main goal of the action is to convey to students, teachers and employees the idea that every person, regardless of age and financial situation, should feel and bear personal responsibility for those who are painfully, lonely and hard at this moment.

 You can manifest the feeling of mercy in different ways. Someone can help with money, someone with time, someone with warmth.

This action consists of two blocks. The first part of the action is the fundraising. All collected funds will go to purchase gifts for disabled children of "Ulba" rehabilitation center. Further on the first day of June, together with the volunteer detachment "Nurly zhurekter" will be organized a festive entertainment program for disabled children with the delivery of memorable gifts.
