25 of August at D.Serikbayev East Kazakhstan State Technical University held a round table on the theme: "Implementation Plan of the nation" 100 concrete steps." Vice-rector for educational and methodical work of Nikolai Linok began with the opening speech. He elaborated on the 77, 78 and 79 steps of the plan, which relate to education and science.

PhD Tolkyn Abdrakhmanova told about arrangement of gradual transition to English language training at the University.

- We will work in three directions: first - improving the linguistic and methodical preparation of department teachers of foreign languages; the second - language training for university teachers, leading majors, according to the European rank of level of the languages, developed on the basis of the "Common European competence in languages"; third - level training of basic and integrated English language of the university - said Tolkyn Abdrakhmanov.

Kulenova Natalia, head of the subdepartment of сhemistry, metallurgy and enrichment and Darkhan Yelemes, head of the subdepartment of technological machinery and equipment spoke about implement of the program of training of highly qualified personnel within framework SPIID-2.

Head of postgraduate education Sharbanu Muzdybaeva spoke about the program on direction of "Academic activities at the university". She talked about further training courses in Nazarbayev University and Singapore: National Institute of Education with a visit to the National University of Singapore and the Nanyang Technological University.

 - Almost on all seminars we were taught the basic techniques and specific approaches of teaching that exist in the Singapore education system, including training in elementary and secondary schools, colleges and universities - said Sharbanu Akkazinovna.

Summing up, N. N. Linok said: our target at the moment - fully implement the plan of the nation "100 concrete steps." in the educational, scientific research and educational work.
