PLANNED WAYS OF COOPERATION

The delegation from France: Georges Calas, professor, senior lecturer of Pierre and Marie Curie University; Laurence Galoisy, research scientist of Pierre and Marie Curie University; Marcellin Guillemin, director of French-Kazakh scientific-educational center "Geo-Energies".

Vice-rector on science and international cooperation – Oleg Gavrilenko during the excursion told about the activities of the University. Then on the roundtable the issues of cooperation was discussed, in particular, about the preparation of master degree students of geoscientific destinations in France. The main topic of the roundtable was the importance of mineral resources in the context of sustained development.

The delegation visited scientific-research complexes of the University: scientific-production complex "Metallurgy and materials science", scientific-educational complex "Mechatronics, instrument engineering and energy", experimental-production sectors. The great interest of the delegation from France caused the activities of the Regional engineering laboratory "IRGETAS".

After the conversation, the intention of the parties and further cooperation was expressed.
