D. Serikbayev EKSTU had an award ceremony of the certificates attesting the successful completion of the program personnel screening conducted at the university by the famous educational and monitoring company "NovoEd." Certificate holders become the 50 participants of the program, in the number of them were a Vice Rectors, heads of departments, deans and deputy deans of three faculties, heads of sub-departments of the university.

Personnel screening was conducted in EKSTU during two weeks and his main goal was to provide the achievement of high performance through the maximum development potential of university staff with the help of innovative technologies and methods. The result of the screening is all-round and accurate assessment of the capacity of staff to achieve the strategic objectives of the university within the framework of the Program of strategic development of D. Serikbayev EKSTU in 2015-2018 years.
