With the help of Sur Place scholarships Conrad Adenaur fund gives support to talented youth in motherland, thereby providing the young people an opportunity of dedicating themselves to study and taking part in the political and social life.
Scholarship holders can be young people- citizens of Kazakhstan, younger than 30 ages, full time students of high institutions of the republic of Kazakhstan, who actively take part in social-political life of the country
During competitive selection the students of social faculties: political science, economic and finance, foreign affairs, management, jurisprudence, contemporary history, journalism, philosophy, religious studies, have an advantage.
Granting the scholarship of Conrad Adenaur fund to the students of technical, medical and philological specialties is possible only as an exception.
